The program is designed for engineering, finance, administration and any other managers who are involved in the decision-making process regarding the use of contracts and competitive tendering in their organisation, as well as design or construction staff working in the field or office.
The course will be delivered in four half day modules, each four (4) hours in length, at fortnightly intervals. The format will be structured to provide commercial, legal and essential legislative content, and will be delivered in a conversational style including real life case studies with ample opportunity for questions and answers. The technical component of the learning will be applied to day to day practical use by the course participants.
