Young IPWEA Tasmania is kicking off 2026 with a focus on practical professional development and connecting early career professionals across the public works sector.
 
This session brings together perspectives from consulting, government and early career engineers to share real world insights and lessons learned across different stages of their careers.
 
The format will be informal and discussion based, with speakers sharing practical experiences followed by an open Q&A.
