With the transition to electric vehicles, Fleet Managers need to expand their personal and team capability while maintaining strong asset management fundamentals to ensure services are delivered to their customers. At the 2024 IPWEA Fleet Conference, the program will delve into the Four Dimensions of Fleet Management that are critical competencies for a Fleet Manager while expanding into the areas of expertise to build a deeper level of knowledge and understanding for specialist team members.
